Well I bought the boat. Got a great deal on her but she shows some of her age. I have the same back seat issues, also faded red colors and pin striping will have to be redone. Will have to do some re-upholstering She does not look as good as what I have seen here. But it is my goal to make her look great again. She runs really good. The previous owner put a 350 small block in her a couple years ago. I have had her out several times and she did fine. I am sure I will be seeking advice from all you pro's. By the way I guess I should let you know I am a female captain. Hope I am Still Welcome Aboard.

Ladies are always welcome- congrats. on your new boat- Hope you have as much fun and good luck with yours as I have had with mine.....Should problems develope, this is the best place for help...

i have a 88 230 weekender that i really like. i like the lines of that era c-ray and wanted to get that style when we went to a larger boat.

gerry my wife didn't and so she now has a 2000 310 dancer.

welcome aboard

I thank you and I am glad I found this site. Not a whole lot of info on the older sea rays.

Welcome aboard. You came to right place for advice on your new SR.

Welcome aboard there a lot of 268's here we have a thread for 268 DA's and Weekenders. http://clubsearay.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24866
When you can post some pix so we can see what you have, a lot of us use www.photobucket.com it works great. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
I got a lot of the original manuals with mine so if there is some questions about stuff Sea Ray put in I can see if I have the Manual for it.

If you want to down load Owners manuals go here
http://www.searay.com/Page.aspx/pageId/10552/Manuals.aspx
Yuo might have to go up or down a few years to get what you need.

yes ! of course your welcome !! i'll email you a pair of open arm's--take a look around, and enjoy.
