1987 seville ignition switch

Hello all,

I am in need of a ignition switch for a 87 seville. I have looked all over the net and all i can find is 1990 on switches. Will these work on my boat or not? I am deployed overseas right now so i will not need it until next year, but if i can find one online that will work, i will order it so it will be waiting on me when i return so i can get out on the water! Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Matt.

Hi Buck, My boat is a 1989 and I replaced my ignition switch with one from West Marine. If it has 3 wires they are really common. You can get them in brass or plastic.
