Hello out there in Sea Ray land.
Looking for the specifications on a sorrento 21 that I just bought. Specifically wanting to know the fuel tank size. Any one know the answer?

Look on the tank's manufacturer plate - you'll be able to see via the engine compartment or through an access plate in the floor. The plate is attached directly to the tank.

Or, go to Sea Ray's website and look under the archives for your boat's specs.
