In the Uk all boats require a Boat Safety Certificate before they can use the inland waterways.
My boat has just failed it's initial inspection and one of the items listed is whether or not there is an anti syphon valve fitted from the fuel tank to the engine. (The inspector could not gain enough access to decide himself).
Does anyone know if such a valve is fitted when the boats are built?
Any help/advice gratefully recieved.
