Hi everyone after my boat sank we lost the engine hatch covers and are now diligently in search of finding the hatch covers that make up the floor. If anyone has an idea where I may be able to locate some it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I don't know where you could find hatch covers but I didn't want you to think nobody had read your post.
I Looked at my hatch covers today and thought about your post. Maybe someone who has your same boat could send you pictures and dimensions so you could have some fabricated. I'm no expert but I think its something a good hand with fiberglass could make in short order.
Anyway, good luck I hope you find something that works soon.

You should contact swim platforms.com, they might be able to mold you a new one. The guy that owns the place used to build Sea Rays. They make platforms from scratch, so I don't see shy they couldn't make you a hatch cover. Worth a shot.

A good fiberglass guy should be able to make them up for you of he had the boat there to fit them to. I've seen the fiberglass guy I use make an entire new floor for a 31 Bertram after the fuel tanks were replaced. It looked great when it was done. It will probably cost a fortune though.

Contact some of those guys on ebay that offer used boat stuff and tell them what you need, they may be able to find it for you. Alot of that stuff seems to come from FL, probablly alot of boat bone yards down there due to all the hurricanes etc. There has to be similar model somewhere in a boneyard with its hatch covers intact. Worth a try in my book.

There is a company here in Washington that will custom build new engine hatch covers for you. I saw there display at the Seattle boat show. Cost was only about $400.00 according to the gentleman I spoke to.
