Greetings All,
So I have a Question as a Newbie to this all. So I took the Boat out on the water for the first time just to make punch list of leftovers that need to be attended to. my biggest problem im having is the Steering. It looks like the orginal cable and Steering wheel. My problem turning right not really hard to turn at all and can turn almost on a dime. Now trying to go to make a left turn I fight the wheel both hands does not seem to want to turn and the turn has to be real wide for it does not have the radius of the right. Again the Cable looks old and have tried the PB Blaster Clean the Cable, then greased the cable but nothing its not power steering either. Im wondering what more I can do other than by a new steering cable and Wheel and get rid of the old. Also the Adjustment on the rear were the cable attatched to the Drive I guess their is a huge square Lock Bolt is their I can Also Adjust my motor to swing more to the left like the right side. Any Help would be great. I have enclosed a few pictures but can give more if needed to to try to explain what im talking about.
