1985 Sea Ray 390 Fly Bridge Toggle Switch

I have a Sea Ray 1985 390 Sport Fish. I have a bad start/stop toggle switch on the upper helm. I'm not able to read the mod info on the existing switches and wonder if anyone might help me with which switch I'll need. I do have upper and lower helms. It does have 4 leads on the back. I've included a pic showing what the switch looks like.
