The Bravos only requires 2 additional holes drilled (at the top) for additional studs from what the alphas use. That was it. It all slid right in. Engine mounts as well dropped into the same spot. You do have to add a raw water pump on the engine though when going to Bravo as you know. My hull already had the engine mounted pump along with a thru hull teed into it's supply, so was an easy upgrade. I picked up a complete take out from someone converting to outboard so it came with the Y and shift linkage. Shift cable from helm hooked right up to it.
