1980 260DA shift/throttle cables

I need to replace the shift and throttle cables from the helm to the engines on my 260. Would anyone have an idea of the lengths of the cables or where I would find the lengths without tearing everything apart?

The cables were mgf by Quicksilver.
Check with your Mercury Marine dealer for part #'s.

Actually, most of the cables were manufactured by Morse Controls. You will find part numbers down towards the engine side, about 12-24" back from the cable ends. Depending on the actual manufacturer, they will read in either inches or feet.
