1979 SRV 360 EC Structure

Hi All.

Just wondering if anyone knows if the interior walls on the boat are structural at all? We were contemplating taking out the wall between the master stateroom and the bunk room to enlarge the master. Hate to start doing it and the deck caves in!

I can assure you that it is a structural wall and does support the deck as well as connects the deck structure to the bottom of the boat. Without it both the deck and bottom of the boat would flex beyond it's designed limits when out it moderate to rough seas. Just my opinion.

I have an ‘83 360 SRV and the deck is like a concrete slab.

I don’t think it would be that way with any of the vertical interior walls removed.
