Long time no update.
Project is in the water and running pretty well
Water temp is running higher than I like so I am walking through the variables there.
Check it again this weekend when we go out!!

Long time coming. Feels great. If it treats me reasonably well. Cosmetic work up next!

Really nice boat!! I've read this entire post and felt your struggle from beginning to finish! I have the identical boat and was lucky to find it in great shape with many upgrades, like the trex decking floor. Had a bad motor (351w) that I rebuilt (worked) myself with a nice stage 2 cam, roller rockers and all new valvetrain. Shes runs like a dream and planes at 2800rpm. WOT 4-4500. Cabin is in UNBELIEVABLE great shape and musty smell at all. Good luck, enjoy and be safe!

I have to toss the automotive dizzy and coil for sure, marine dizzy should be here by Friday along with the 30gl tank to rid the two 5gal tanks the previous owner installed

I decided to keep both boats. I know it sounds selfish, but i have so much into Ol Yella and its such a clean, good running and fast boat!! The Sea Ray 250 DA 26' 7.4L (454) Bravo lV with windless and only 488hrs is a very clean and good running boat also with a magic tilt tandem trailer (electric winch) that's totally freshened up.

Ive got a couple 240’s I’m trying to go look at now but this winter vortex is making it impossible.

I love yours but a little out of my cash budget. I’m in the $6k range w trailer.
