1974 srv 190 swim platform

I would like to add a swim platform to our 1974 SRV 190. Does anyone have any experience with where to get one, or with installation? I have found some in various boating catalogs, but they are all pretty small (18" x 15") I'm looking to install one on each side of the stern drive that is more like 24" x 18".

Any input would be appreciated.
