Does anyone out there have a Sea Ray with a 455 Olds and Berkeley Jet Drive?
Here are some photos of my boat on Lake Tahoe. My family was the original purchasers in 1974. It was sold in 1977 and went through two other owners. I bought the boat back in 1991. It had been used hard and needed some attention. I replaced the seats and did some cockpit reupholstery myself. It looks pretty good now and I always get comments about the boat when I pull up to the launching ramp and the beach.
Um.....we really like engine pictures. Got any??
Lovely boat. Mine has the usual Mercruiser 165. It does well with that power though.
No engine photos as yet. It is the stock 330hp 455 Olds "Packajet" that Sea Ray used back in the mid 70's. I even came across a 70's version 24' Sea Ray up at Lake Tahoe that had twin jet drives! I will take some engine photos next Spring. I've winterized the boat and put her away.
Found some photos of the engine!
