Enjoy your new boat!
There are Mercruiser manuals available in most boating stores. You may have to look around for one old enough to match your boat.
You can post questions here and get some pretty good answers. Take them one at a time. Ask around the boatyard or service area where you live. Most service yards will show you how best to handle that carburated engine.

update

Ok. I took the boat out yesterday and it starts up jsut fine..But it doesnt have alot of power.. seems like its only running on a few cylinders or something... when i try to give it alot of throttle, it doesnt wanna go any faster but the valves start shattering.. Im not sure if a tune up or what dan be done... And someone told me to change the antifreeze in it but I didnt see anywhere to put it... can anyone here help me.. I was looking for a manual online for it its a 120hp mercruiser.. but havnt found anything..

Thanks
Terry

I wonder if you would have an closed cooled system (antifreeze). You definitely need to get a manual. It may be listed as a different horse power.

does your boat look like the the one below?
