1974 Sea Ray 220SRV engine swap. CCW engine needs to be CW

my 188 is junk, the rattling around valve crown cracked number 2 cyl. by an odd chance I found a 1965 289 HIPO marine engine. its 100 percent brand new, never run. a Crusader built for a Chris Craft, 190 hp with closed cooling and Osco extra tall elbows. you can see the cooling system and the manifolds are on ebay, its a real Shelby hipo, with correct numbers throughout. Mallory Dual point, its awesome. BUT its a CCW. I am going to swap cams and install it... anyone have any ideas?

would it be cheaper to change the outdrive

I am sure I could put on a LH starter, and prop and run it as is, the impellor pump don't care which way it goes, and the outdrive is flat bevels so no issue there. but starter and prop is expensive.
