I got a free boat!!! haha It's never free is it?

So the tilt USED TO work going down not up at all. no click or anything when pressing any combination of the up buttons. The starter would work fine. I tried switching the two solenoids (between starter and tilt pump/motor) and the UP tilt worked when pressing top two buttons but the starter no longer worked. I guess there is a style with 2 solenoids on the tilt pump but mine clearly only has one. So I thought that one solenoid worked and the other didn't. I bought 2 new Alpha One solenoids because I couldn't find a solenoid for my specific boat anywhere. The solenoid for the Alpha One looked like it had the same connections. I put both new ones in: starter worked, tilt would "click" only when pressing top two buttons. Nothing when pressing down. UGHH. So I tried switching the solenoids to see if that helped. Same result. For kicks I put the old solenoids back on the starter because one of the two worked fine before...... NOTHING! WHAT???? Also, neither worked in the pump anymore?!?!?! I at least want one of the two functions to work haha. I also tried to "jump" between the red power connection and one of the small connections and it would click with the new one but nothing would happen.

Side note: I know notice that the fluid reservoir looks empty.... but that would mean it wouldn't work right?? The outdrive did fall down over the weekend after we switched the old ones first and it worked "up" and we left it up.

So the motor must work because we got it to work up and down with two different old solenoids but now all of a sudden neither function works with any solenoid. ANY IDEAS???
