hi, i was just given a 72/73??? searay. the serial number is 72-190 226. given this number, is this a 1972? the title says it is a 1973 with a different number. i do know this it is an srv190 with an 165 hp omc lower unit. please help

The title you have has a different number than the HIN?
I'd be concerned with that. Who gave you this boat?
Otherwise, it may be that the hull was laid in '72 and the boat actually marketed in '73.
Unfortunately, in my experience, little as it is, SeaRay customer service isn't any help with anything prior to the mid 80's.
