Boat Info
I've had my boat since March of 2014. It's a 2006 Sea Ray Sport, Wakeboard edition. It's White and R
Engines
220hp Mercruiser 5.0 w/ Alpha1 TKS carb
As subject stated, I suspect the issue could be from having winterized last season I received boat back and noticed my anchor light toggle switch had been replaced, they used an aftermarket on/off/on instead of the factory off/on carling switch . Haven’t been out at night until the 4th of July and none of the lights or gauge backlighting is working.

I’ve changed the bulbs, checked fuse block under dash and even replaced a few suspect fuses. Nothing helped. Trying to avoid missing the end of summer by taking back to shop. Under the dash I noticed this wire without a home can anyone point me in the direction of solving this please

Seems as though you know very little about electrical system and letting a pro handle it would be the wise choice.

I WOULD NOT bring it to the "specialist" that replaced that switch with wrong one and didn't tell you about it.

I'm actually pretty competent with household electrical work but you're absolutely right, I'm not familiar with this sort of layout. I agree that I need to find a new marine mechanic but being in Alabama there aren't a whole lot of options within a 50 mile radius. I've been trying to learn to do more services myself and I appreciate your reply.
