Wanted to see if any one has an issue with your boat whining, when I run my boat to 38 to 40 mph, it make a sound like it is a belt slipping or it is not getting enough water to to the engine. The belts and the RMP's seems fine. If I back down on the throttle it goes away. Any suggestions?
