110v Panel: Outlet and Battery charger doesn't always light or flickers?

Is this by design? When I turn on the fridge, stove/microwave the light is a solid orange even when there no load from either. While the Outlets and the Charger are sometimes not light or flicker as one might expect with a mild load.

How does yours behave?

Your lo is bad. Go to flounderpounder and get new led lamps. Easy to change.
