08 amberjack 29' hardtop & rpm

I'm looking at a 08 amberjack 29' & I've got a couple of questions for owners. On the one I'm considering the alumnium arch that supports the hardtop has a problem with the front mounts for the arch. They have slipped down about an inch from the where they were originally attached. Does anyone have this same problem is there a permenent fix?
Second question; This one has 350 mags with brovo 3 drives what is the lowest RPM & speed it should hold plane at?

FWIW, i own a 2000 290 aj with the soft bimini. 5.0 mercruiser B111.
i need to hold 3200 before i start to fall off plane.
