'07 195 Sport question

I bought this boat last year (used) and still have no clue of what this black plastic mount is. There is one on both sides of the boat near the back seat. I have looked through the parts catalog on Sea Rays website and I see nothing. I don't know if it was something that the original owner added or what. If anyone know what the purpose of these are, I would appreciate a little help cause I'm lost.:huh:

It's for aftermarket Attwood fishing rod holders.

I'm not familiar with your model of boat, but I'd bet that they were either installed by the dealer or a previous owner.

Is that the fire extingusiher port in case of a fire?

The fire extinguisher port should be just above the bench seat and it will have decal stating what it is.

Can you see what it looks like from the bottom? If I had to guess, I would think they are rod holder too.

Noland is right, it's not the fire extinguisher port, thats located above the bench seat. So I pulled one of these out of the boat last night and was looking for a manufacture name or part number on this thing and there is nothing on it. It has splines on the top and at the bottom of the hole, which is wierd cause the center is not splined. I looked at Attwoods website and cannot find anything that looks close. I also checked Magma Products website, their mounts look close but the splines inside are differant.:huh::smt101

That is one of the many holes you stuff money into for the pleasure of boating. Try using $100 bills, to save time.

Not really, the ones I have only have six splines in them and no cover. I checked a friends boat last weekend at the lake and his Attwood fishing rod holders didn't fit.
