Anyone have a pinout diagram of the oem amplifier (2006)?
I will be finishing the install for my new sound system tomorrow and I wanted to reuse the original Remote wire from the oem amp to the new one. That way the helm amp power button will remain operating.
Looking at it today, after taking away power, ground, and speaker wire. Two wires remain which can possibly be the remote wire. red and blue. Historically the remote wire is 99 percent always blue but thought I would confirm before giving it a shot..
testing for live wires with a light pick is difficult since there are no nearby grounds.
Also,
the way the batteries are wired, the two batteries wired together is the "house battery" and the battery on its on is the starting battery?
