I was going through old boating equipment after trading in the 300. I found two vent covers I had made after last winter as part of a winter canvas package (front hatch cover, flag cover, fender covers, etc...) These things are high density foam with a navy blue sunbrella cover, shaped to fit snugly in the vent openings on both sides. I never used them and never had any trouble without them. Like I said, I just found them cleaning the garage.
