"02 320 DA questions

Hi I'm looking at an 2002 320 DA with the 6.2 L motors,
100% fresh water , with 419 hrs , genny has 235 hrs .'
what should I expect , how does the boat plane , and run
with these motors .
I also saw a note in the power planel that said to the marina
Not to shut off the AC because it causes the head gets mold
which I observed , the mold was contained to the toilet only ,is there anything else I should look for ,

Get a survey?

The mold on the toilet seat cover is pretty typical I'd guess? I usually shut off the water and let the toilet go dry when I leave for the week. Leave the toilet seat up and presto - no mold.

I have a 03 with the same power package... When I bought the boat cruse speed was 19 knots.... Way low, after $800in prop works (sent in 3 times) the boats now dialed in and does 25 knots at cruse RPM 3800.
