I presume that you want to buy a set like originally came with the boat. Perhaps a Marine Max dealer could order them. Otherwise, a marine upholstery shop should be able to come to the boat and make patterns.
We've never used ours, but I'd pass them on to the next owner. Maybe someone else on the list would part with theirs.
