standing water

Ive got water in my AFT footlocker. I have a 1990 310 dancer. 10 yrs with this boat. noticed water in the footlocker 2 yrs ago. it would come & go with rain & washing. figured it was the chaulk around the window frames (not) oh, rubrails need new chaulking (not) oh, the old style slider...
