running lights

I have a 2010 310 SDR. Every light works but the 360 anchor and the running lights. I’ve tried many combinations of switches. Any advice much appreciated. PS LED cabin lights don’t go on either. I know they work(Ed) as during inspection we go them on. Thanks.

I had an issue with my steaming light recently and someone told me to just wire it up so that it burned both forward and aft as if it were an anchor light and not burn the existing stern light. It kind of makes sense because you'd have red, green and white running lights forward and only white...
