recharging

Think my battery charger is not working well. Only shows 2 amps when charging...SB battery is showing to be replace based on my battery tester...it is the one by itself, other bank is tied together in parallel. Don't understand the setup yet. I was trying to get a Pronautic 30AMP - 3 Bank, but...
