mounting

I am going to add fishing gear to my old boat this year so it is more than just a floating party. I am hoping to mount 2 Big Jon downriggers on the back of the boat. The transom has a raised teak rail along the back. Does anyone know of a good way to mount these to make them easily/quickly...

Can anyone advise how the factory installed LC TV is mounted so as to be removed? I cannot locate any screws and/or access to any screws. Also, I've tried lifting, pulling down and twisting the TV off the bracket without any success. The Glomex appears to be a digital antenna receiver but it...
