    New to motorboats with an good old 225 CC

    Greetings, I just bought an 82, SRV 225 CC. I've been on boats since I was a boy and recently just sailing but for some reason I couldn't keep myself from bidding on an old Sea Ray. She is beautiful! Now she is mine. It's good to see this forum. Where's the bilge pump? I'll try to get used to...

    21' searay mercruiser 228 305 motor no power in water..

    i am so frustrated! i have a 83 21' searay with a mercruiser 305 with a 4 barrel edelbrock 1409 carb. i rebuilt the carb and that seems to run fine when i am out of the water. the motor sounds and runs perfect out of the water. When in water, i have no power. the engine is at about 3500 rpms am...
