Craigslist had a couple of reasonable small boats for sale yesterday that came with storage space on the rack. Long waiting list but how I got into the Marina. Just tell seller you will pay asking price. I resold, took a hit, and paid the sales tax. Covered storage on Lake WA is hard to come by...
