light bulbs

Hey have a 2005 Sendeck 200. I just had the engine rebuilt but they couldn’t figure out an electrical issue (likely a short). Basically the deck lights flicker when tge engine is running. Then when we turn tge switch on the deck lights works great and no flicker. Would love to sort out myself...

My 2006 280DA will be inspected soon as a US Coast Guard Facility. I need to complete my list of mandatory on-board items, which includes spare bulbs and fuses. (I know, they should already have been on board. Not sure why I spaced on this issue for this boat, but need to straighten it out now.)...
