genset westerbeke

So my new boat (1982 Sea Ray Vanguard 310ec) has a Westerbeke 4bcg gas genset in it. It runs VERY rich under load, even without the flame arrestor on the carb. When I looked down the throat while it was running, the center jet was just DUMPING fuel down the throat. Not even a mist! Just a steady...
