Bravo ll Won't shift into forward
92 Sea Ray Sundancer 290 w/7.4 Bravo ll. When taking it out for winterization last yr the marina found a 2-3" crack in the outdrive behind the propeller. They said it didn't extend into the gear box so they gave me the option of having it welded or replacing the lower unit. I choose to have it...- RichardC

Mercruiser 496 Mag MPI-DTS Not Engaging Gears
I have a 2008 Sea Ray 270 SLX with the Mercruiser 496 Mag. I have the DTS throttle and shifter. The throttle works but the shifter does not engage to put in gear. I have checked the DTS fuse and replaced the battery and still no go. Any experience with a solution to this problem?- Coastal Media Ray

Having problems getting the position control lever in neutral
On my 2001 Sundancer 310, sometimes I cant find the neutral position on my shift levers when trying to start the engines twin 5.7 L EFI. A buddy of mine told me it could be a switch? I have never adjusted any cables or the shift detents? Could it be either of those?- Painkiller
