Looking for an OEM Searay SS fender cleat for my 390MY. I have attached a picture to show what it looks like. It is spring loaded Pull and twist. Does anyone have one or know the manufacturer of this part? Sea ray P/N 1598960

Is it OK to tie my 20' I/O reluctant Bowrider to dock cleats and pull bunk trailer out from under it? My refusal to accept this launch option was ingrained but a young lady said she did it routinely at my Club. Water is low, ramp muddy and I'm towing with a 2WD U-Haul pick-up. I waved my arms...
