bow

I have replaced my anchor with a Vulcan 40 - Boat 52' Sedan Bridge. The tip of the anchor can come close to the bow when raising it into place. I have seen some boats with nice stainless steel bow protection plates. My question is has anyone with a 52db added one and if so, where did you buy...

i have a Sea ray 460 and the boat run always by the stern. The only situation when the bow is down is when runs full speed. I don't know how to do it to sail with the bow down and more stable.. Someone can help or have any idea why? Thanks
