battery sport 4.3mpi

I just bought a Blue Sea E-Series disconnect system for my 2005 200 Sport 4.3MPI and need to purchase the negative cable for the connection back to the battery. I need a 2-3' length of cable but not sure what gauge the wire needs to be, 2/4/6 seems to be the options for marine cables...
