bad dc fuse box

I have a 1994 SeaRay 230 Sundancer with a 5.7L Mercruiser. Old DC fuse box seems to be cheap and shorting between a couple of circuits. Having problems with Depth, and Tach. Also when I use the right trim tab the Tach reading jumps. Does anyone out there know where I can get a wiring diagram...
