adjustment

Hi there, Quick question. Just seeing if anybody knows how to adjust the stiffness on my throttle as it backs off slowly while on plane so I have to keep my hand on it all the time. It's a 1989 Sea Ray 345 with twin mercruiser 454's with the generic separate throttle and shift. Thanks!

I have a 1988 seville 100hp o/b motor and the slowest idle speed is 5mph and in neutral revs at 1500rpms... this is way to fast to get in my slip with ease. whats the best way to adjust the idle down. Should i adjust it at the throttle lever or at the motor, which is the easier fix. Thanks

Hi Gang - About a year ago I had the bellows and shift cable replaced on my Alpha One outdrive. The shift into forward now takes a longer travel to engage, and it slowly seems to be getting worse. The original mechanic is several hundred miles away, so I'd like to know if someone can recommend...

Anyone know the correct way to remove the side panel on my throttle so I can adjust the tension screw adjustments? I tried pulling out on the notched areas but it would not come off... feels like I would break it off. :smt021 :smt100
