400 fly

I've looked for a resource that addresses these vintages. I know most newer boats go back to the dealer for OEM and repairs, but post-IAN, it's hard to get anyone to return a call, so I'm looking for any advice I can get to repair some of the damage I incurred, replace stock parts, etc.

I am about to take delivery of a new 400 fly. During our sea trial and poking around, I noticed what seemed to me as a large amount of water in the bilge. It was about 4-5 inches deep and the water was even visible in one of the forward hatches (floor of aft cabin). I asked the dealer about this...
