Would someone please break down the features of all the switch’s on my gauge cluster? I have limited knowledge on classic Sea Rays and I’d like to replace the gauges and switches. I appreciate all who are able to help.

I need help! I either need to replace or repair my throttle controls. However, there’s several wires which I have zero idea of what they are? Does someone have any knowledge about these shift/throttle controls? Thanks to any and all who are able to help me.
