I had the same boat, similar problem, but perhaps not leaking as badly. Turned out to be the deck-to-hull shoebox joint under the rub-rail, but in the same general area as your leak. In places, the shoebox joint is wider than others due to mold imperfections and is only filled with caulking...

Where in Vermilion are you stored? I'm there too - Romps. There has been trouble with breakins and vandals all summer. A 30 Weekender like yours had both carbs lifted during the week this summer. Romps has 24 hour cameras but they didn't catch it.
Modifying the isenglass on camper canvas
Have a canvas shop make up a new center section as a screen. As long as it isn't raining or you're running in bad weather, the screen works great for bugless ventilation. Change to the regular isenglass center when needed.
