Sundancer 240 2006 Side Plastic Air Vent Covers

I'm gonna ask them to provide some new ones I think. The design is quite bad! I don't understand why they use such thin plastic in that location!

We used an epoxy barrier between the old and new. We learnt the hardway and didn't the first time and it all flaked off!

We had the EXACT same smell on my Dads 98 240 Sundancer! Took AGES to locate it! Hopefully you'll sort this quickly now ;) What we did in the end was to take out the step that houses the garbage bin. If you disassemble the whole step you'll be able to see the blue water pipe which runs from...

    Bent Prop Shaft?

Hmm access is tight in there - I used to have a similar engine layout to you, but you can get down the side and slowly inch in there to get to it. It is possible without taking out the seats though.

Thanks everyone. Thats really useful. I'm actually tracing my parents Sundancer 240 rather than my own boat. Their HIN starts with SERA, so Arizona then :) Ted, I'm guessing yours is probably the same as theirs! Thanks for the tip off on the carpet people by the way :) - they're going to use...

    camprt top 230DA 1994

Where you mount the camper frame will depend on how the canvas has been cut. Are there already press studs on teh boat and on the canvas? If so then you're gonna need to get those attached and then work it out by standing inside the cockpit with the frame. If not then you can "roughly"...
