Has anyone had the pleasure of replacing the mirror in the frt berth, opposite of the anchor storage locker and the starboard mirror in the aft cabin? I need to replace mine but not sure how to access them without causing damage. Any help would be apperciated!

This happened to me twice. I inspected the water tank found no leaks. The problem resulted from water entering the engine vent on the starboard side at the bottom of the radar arch. Once from power washing the other during a bad storm with high winds. Hope this helps.

Has anyone experienced a lose back rest on the campaion seat at the helm? The bolts that go through to the storage area under the seat are tight. The problem seems to be within the back rest. Just wondering what I'm up against with this repair. Thanks!

Iam looking for upper door tracks and trolleys for a 2000 310 Sundancer. They are for the door that leads down to the galley etc. I know sometime ago there was someone on here that carried them. Any suggestions on where I may located them would be great! Thank you!

Thanks Bill F. for the info. That had to have raised the blood pressure a little. When you replaced the tracks did you have any problems removing the cover that hides the doors when they are in the open position? Were you able to find matching caulk?

I have the answer your looking for! I just cleaned mine last weekend. Dampen the floor with warm water then spray with "Roll Off" (buy it at your local marine store) ,work it in with a stiff scrub brush, let it sit for a few minutes then give it a good scrubbing. Do small sections at a time...

I was wondering if the o ring in the quick disconnect fittings can be replaced with any success or should I just buy new fittings when need be. My problem is the local marine store does not carry a good supply of fittings, but I did notice a large supply of o rings hanging in the same general area.

The hand rail/towel bar is loose in the galley of my 2000 310 S.D. It appears that the only way to get at the back side of the bar is to remove the fridge & the stove top. Has anyone else had this problem? If so any advise on the best way to fix this. Thanks!

Follow up.... The foam seal was bad. I removed what was left of the seal and rebedded the hatch with a generious amount of Boat-life sealent. Case closed! Thanks all for your help!
