I notice "smelly" water when I empty the water tank each year, when making the boat ready for storage. Whats up with that? Does it have such a strong smell because we don't use that much water over the season? How do others "prepare" their water tank in spring to purge winterization...

Boat has been in storage since mid October - asked half dozen guys if they add octane booster and got split responses. Some concern about burning valves... (big block 454's, +300 hours)
