    Drain plug LED

Not the brightest light on the planet... More like a bit of "mood" lighting but I've ha mine for four years and so long as you give it a bit of scub once in a while beats making holes in the boat. Because it has a very low draw I tied it into the courtesy light in the transom garage. I would...

What would you do to revive the US economy?

Ahhh did you really listen to that video? Points on both sides and both of these individuals are smarter, more insightful, and more articulate than those currently in power in government regardless of the positions put forward.

Audi of America President: GM’s Volt as “a car for idiots"

BMW in-line 6, drive train and suspension, are un-matched. However, electrical/electronics are a disaster and have been. Fit and finish slipping as well of late and it looks like they are going to 4 cyl. turbo's to meet EPA - could be sad. All said, in a high speed thrill turn the car usually...

What would you do to revive the US economy?

So what exactly stimulates job - "work" creation and where? I know, by experience, where Walmart's suppliers (P&G, Unilever, Colgate, L'Oreal, LVMH, SC Johnson, and Dial (Henkel)) are driven to have me chase job/work creation (capital tooling/capital equipment and "some" production..... It isn't...

    Buy American

No judgement here, but in my business life, not as preferred as the the boating life, I am involved with selecting and buying very high end automation equipment and plastic molds. Great sources in the US for molds, but for the best, read most technical adept, Switzerland and Germany rank first...

    Westerbeke 7.0 BCG troubles

Hi: I am having a very similar problem. Started it last week for the first time and it ran fine for about 10 minutes then shut down. Now it will only stay running if I hold the 3 position, shut down-run-start, to start position which I assume overrides the sensor switches and/or a failed "run"...

Russo Marine.....have you bought a boat from them?

We bought our '02 320 about 6 seasons ago and were pleased with the overall experience. Paul's team in the Quincy/Dorchester site was first rate and made right all items identified during the survey.

    Shower sump pump issue

I lost one pump already because the float switch gets gummed up and keeps the pump running until it fries. Best to take off the cover and pull out the screen and clean the sump each year.

    Cockpit Refrigerator – Ventilation Setup

Hi: Can you tell me the model number of the Isotherm unit you plan to use? Also, do you know if it can be purchased with a white panel? The Norcold units don't seem to offer this as an option and trying to get information from Dometic which does have a white panel has been a battle. TX Ray

    Tight Steering

When we purchased our '02 four years ago we noticed the steering was very tight as well. The dealer's service manager was with us and advised it was salt build up in the rudder packings as boat was not used very much. He told us he would clean it out. He may have hauled the boat to do this, but...
