It's been a couple of years since I've been in the water, but things have changed and I am in this year! Unfortunately, it looks like I need to replace my canvas. I looked on the Great Lakes Canvas website and they only have canvas back to 1993. A 1993 330 Sundancer looks exactly like my 1990...
Never fail formula...
Purchase variable speed industrial grade buffing wheel. I went to the local body shop and they ordered one for me for $250.
Buy a quart of 3M Finesse-it II for $45
Lather - rinse - repeat until it shines.
Finish with Nu-Finish
Remember Mass residents, "together we can" screw up this state even more.
I saw a great bumper sticker on my way into Boston this morning. It Read; I'll keep my guns, money, and freedom. You can keep the "change."
I don't have a TV for you; however, my buddy made a bracket for his 1999 310 and installed a flat screen. He did a beautiful job; I don't think Sea Ray could have done it better. He is a member here, maybe he will jump on this thread.
I heard that the north end of the anchorage near the big gray tug is a good place to anchor. Supposedly anchors hold real good there because it is muddy. I have never tried anchoring at BI; I like to sleep at night:wink:
I am considering purchasing a 380 Sundancer in the 2000 - 2004 range. I am curious about the performance of a 10T boat with gas engines. Does the boat easily cruise at 18 knots or are the engines screaming? Is there a performance difference between the 454's and the 502's?
Also, what do you...
I currently own a 1990 310 DA with the 5.7's. She runs about 21kts at 3000rpm and has no trouble getting up on plane. I would be happy to answer any other questions you may have. I would be even happier to sell you the boat so I can buy a bigger one ;)
