Sounds like the problem I had with my 1993 230 Sundancer. at idle the temps would hit over 200 with associated alarm. If I was cruising at 3000RPM the temp would be normal. My impeller was bad. R & R'd checks 4.0 on the water!! Scott 1993 230 Sundancer Liberty Call
