1972 FORD LTD four door. My Granfather passed away and I got his car. I painted a big Rebel Flag on the truck lid. (way before the "Duke of Hazzard" came along). LOL!!
Now is the time to list your boat for sale. Atlanta Boat Show is next weekend, And then the Maimi Boat Show, etc.etc. People start getting the fever for a new boat at these winter shows. I know, I worked both these shows for Sea Ray for years.
I actually built 340da and 340ec back in 1988. It's been along time, but If I remeber correctly you need to remove the cabinet drawers first, there should be a 2"x2" aluminum plate on the inside of the drawer, at the rear, this holds the drawers in. Remove the screws then remove the drawers...
This is on an outboard boat, Right? Un-clip the two rear poles and swing them straight up in the air, Then push down on the ski pole and turn it 45% to the right, or maybe to the left. I can't remember. But you should be able to remove it then.
I haven't been able to water test it yet. Once I do I'm thinking that I going to have to add some cut-outs to use as grab handles around the swim ladder area. I used alot of stainlees steel screws, they are all countersunk and are flush with the top of the starboard. This thing is rock solid!
Sorry it took me so long to follow up on this project. My son play's travel All-Star baseball and we have been doing tournaments for the last two weeks.
Anyways the platform came out GREAT! I love it. It's not 100% finished because I still need to finish putting the rest of the screws in it...
